DOG FRIENDLY; the owner is happy to allow well trained dogs in this caravan, please note that an additional charge applies for the dog and can be added in the booking process. If you require more information, please feel free to contact the office.
LOUNGE; The lounge incorporates fixed corner seating, from flat screen TV, DVD, Free view and electric contemporary fireplace. The lounge seating includes an occasional pull out bed for those extra guests. Please note the fan seen in the photos is not part of the standard inventory and we cannot guarantee this will be in the caravan.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA; Well-appointed kitchen furnished to a good standard with appliances Inc. under counter fridge and freezer, microwave, hob, cooker. The dining area is spacious and benefits from both bench seating & stools.
BEDROOMS: This accommodation has three bedrooms, one double with fitted wardrobe and vanity area. 148 comprises of two twin rooms with small fitted wardrobe and bedside table, the single beds can be pushed together to form additional doubles. The maximum number of occupants is 8 as an occasional sofa bed is available in the lounge.
BATHROOM & TOILET: 147 benefits from a fully fitted shower room fitted with full size shower with glass door and wash basin. 147 benefits from a separate toilet and wash basin from the shower room.
HEATING ; Double-glazed and full central heating with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort.
GARDEN; Yes, partially fenced garden area. Ramp access to side gated veranda.
NON SMOKING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
