DOG FRIENDLY The owner of 221 will allow well trained dogs in this caravan. These can be added in the booking process.
LOUNGE The modern and spacious lounge is fitted with comfortable seating (includes double pull out bed) and has a Flat screen TV, DVD, and Free view player.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA This lovely holiday home offers comfort with a spaciously designed interior, the modern kitchen is fully equipped which includes full size cooker, fridge (with small freezer box) and microwave. The dining area is comfortable with fixed seating plus 2 chairs.
BEDROOMS This accommodation has two bedrooms, one very large double with ample room for two travel cots, 2 fitted wardrobes and en-suite toilet.
In the twin bedroom the beds can be pushed together to form an addition double and has small wardrobe. One single bed can also be folded away to make room for a travel cot. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge.
BATHROOM & TOILET The bathroom has a double shower, toilet, wash basin and heated towel rail. 221 benefits from a separate toilet and wash basin in the master bedroom.
HEATING Gas fire and electric panel heating throughout the caravan.
GARDEN Fenced grassed area with patio and patio furniture.
VERANDA Gated side veranda.
