DOG FRIENDLY; the owner is happy to allow well trained dogs in this caravan, please note that an additional charge applies for the dog and can be added in the booking process. If you require more information, please feel free to contact the office.
LOUNGE; The lounge incorporates ample fixed comfortable sofas and contemporary colours providing a welcoming, bright and relaxing atmosphere. This holiday home benefits from flat screen TV, DVD, Free view, electric contemporary fireplace. The lounge seating includes an occasional pull out bed for those extra guests.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA; Well-appointed kitchen with all the appliances you will need including; separate fridge and freezer, microwave, hob, cooker. The dining area is spacious and benefits from both bench seating & two stools.
BEDROOMS: This accommodation has three bedrooms, one double with fitted wardrobe and vanity area. The two twin bedrooms include 2 single beds and small fitted wardrobes. The beds can be pushed together to form additional doubles. 116 can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests when using the sofa bed in the lounge.
BATHROOM & TOILET: 116 benefits from a fully fitted shower room fitted with full size shower with glass door and wash basin.
HEATING ; Double-glazed and full central heating with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort.
GARDEN: Yes, fenced and gated grassed garden area. 116 also includes a side veranda with gate and patio furniture.
NON-SMOKING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
