2 bedroom 35ft x 12 wide 6 berth Willerby Sunset.Key features: Gated veranda, double glazing, central heating throughout, fixed seated area, flat screen TV & DVD, large master bedroom with en-suite toilet and room for travel cot.
DOG FRIENDLY The owner of 70 will allow well trained dogs in this caravan. These can be added in the booking process.
LOUNGE The modern and spacious lounge is fitted with comfortable seating (includes an occasional pull out bed) and has a Flat screen TV, DVD and Free view player.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA The kitchen is fully equipped which includes full size cooker, fridge (with small freezer box) and microwave. The dining area is comfortable with fixed seating plus stools.
BEDROOMS Two bedrooms, one large double with room for a travel cot, fitted wardrobe and en-suite toilet.
The twin bedroom has beds can be pushed together to form an additional double. The twin bedroom has small wardrobe. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge. 70 can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests.
BATHROOM & TOILET The family shower room has a double shower, toilet, wash basin and radiator. 70 benefits from a separate toilet and wash basin in the master bedroom.
HEATING Gas fire in the lounge and radiators in the bedrooms.
VERANDA Gated veranda with patio furniture.
GARDEN Fenced garden area.
NON SMOKING/VAPING Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
