DOG FRIENDLY The owner of Q10 will allow well trained dogs in this caravan. These can be added in the booking process.
LOUNGE Centre lounge furnished with comfortable fixed seating, fixed cabinet with Tv and dvd. Occasional pull-out bed is available for extra Guests.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA With marble effect work tops includes, full size fridge and freezer, cooker, extractor fan and microwave. The dining area comes complete with free standing dining table with free standing table & chairs.
BEDROOMS This accommodation has three bedrooms located at either end of the caravan, the master bedroom at one end with en-suite shower, toilet and hand basin. The two twin bedrooms at the other end have small wardrobes and access to a main bathroom with double shower, toilet and hand basin. Q10 can accommodate a maximum of eight guests.
BATHROOM & TOILET The Master bedroom benefits from an en-suite shower, toilet and was basin. Q10 also benefits from an additional shower, toilet and wash basin located next to the twin bedrooms at the opposite end of the caravan.
HEATING Central heating, With double-glazing.
VERANDA Small gated side veranda.
PARKING Allocated parking for 2 vehicles.
NON-SMOKING/VAPING Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
