DOG-FRIENDLY The owner of Q7 will allow well trained dogs in this caravan. There is an additional charge per dog which can be added in the booking process.
LOUNGE Open plan with fixed L seating, TV with Free-view and DVD player and gas fireplace. An occasional pull bed is fitted. The unit can sleep a maximum of 6 guests.
KITCHEN Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, integrated fridge-freezer, gas oven and grill.
DINING AREA Free standing table, fixed corner seating and two stools.
BEDROOMS Double bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, en-suite toilet, bedside cabinets.
One twin room with 2 single beds and small wardrobe.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied at an additional cost.
SHOWER ROOM Shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin. Q7 also has a separate toilet and hand basin as an en-suite in the master bedroom.
HEATING Central heating throughout and a gas fire in the lounge.
PARKING Allocated parking to the rear of the accommodation.
VERANDA Gated side veranda with patio furniture supplied.
NON-SMOKING/VAPING Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION Location from main amenities, approx. 5 to 6-minute walk.
