LOUNGE Open plan with fixed L-Shape seating, coffee table, Flat screen TV with DVD player. includes an occasional pull out bed.

KITCHEN Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, fridge with freezer section, gas oven and grill.

DINING AREA Dining table with fixed seating and stools.

BEDROOMS Sleeps a maximum of 6 guests. Double bedroom, fitted wardrobes, vanity area and radiator.
Twin Bedroom: The twin bedroom includes 2 single beds, and small fitted wardrobe.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied at an additional cost.

SHOWER ROOM Shower cubicle, toilet, hand basin and radiator. This unit also features an additional toilet and washbasin.

HEATING Central heating with double glazing and an electric fire in the lounge.

WIFI Wi-Fi is supplied at no additional cost and maintained by a third party, therefore Newmans cannot guarantee its access, speeds and usage.
