DOG FRIENDLY The owner will allow well behaved dogs in the caravan. There is an additional charge which can be added in the booking process.
LOUNGE The lounge incorporates ample fixed seating with flat screen TV, DVD, Free view and electric fireplace. Occasional pull out bed is available for extra Guests.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA Well-appointed kitchen with a fridge, microwave, hob, cooker. The dining area is spacious and benefits from both bench seating & stools.
BEDROOMS This accommodation has three bedrooms. One double bedroom with fitted wardrobe and two twin rooms fitted with small, fitted wardrobes. The twin beds can be pushed together to form additional doubles if required. 30 can accommodate up to 8 guests as there is an occasional pull-out bed located in the lounge.
BATHROOM & TOILET 30 benefits from a fully fitted shower room fitted with full size shower with glass door and wash basin. This accommodation also benefits from a separate toilet and wash basin.
HEATING Double-glazed and full central heating with radiators in all rooms.
GARDEN Fenced grassed garden area.
VERANDA Gated side veranda with patio furniture.
PARKING There are two allocated parking spaces.
NON-SMOKING/VAPING Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
