LOUNGE Open plan with fixed L-shape seating, flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player and gas fireplace. An occasional pull-out bed is available. 154 can sleep a maximum of 6 guests.

KITCHEN Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, fridge with small freezer box, gas oven and grill.

DINING AREA Free standing table with 4 panelled chairs.

BEDROOMS Spacious double, over bed storage, fitted wardrobe, en-suite toilet and hand basin.
Twin room with 2 single beds, and small fitted wardrobe.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied at an additional cost.

SHOWER/BATHROOM Family bathroom with separate bath and shower cubicle, toilet, hand basin and radiator. The caravan also has en-suite toilet and hand basin.

HEATING Fully double glazed with central heating in all rooms.

VERANDA/GARDEN Enclosed grassed area with veranda and ramped access.
