Key features: Large private drive, views over the golf course, washing machine, dishwasher, full en-suite bathroom with full size bath, family shower room, Wi-fi access, room for a travel cot, breakfast bar, TVs in all bedrooms, patio doors on to large veranda and separate dog area with artificial grass. .

DOG FRIENDLY; the owner is happy to allow well trained dogs in this caravan, please note that an additional charge applies for the dog and can be added in the booking process. If you require more information, please feel free to contact the office.

FREE COMPLETE LINEN SERVICE: When you book this Lodge for 7 nights or more ALL necessary beds will be made, and a bath and hand towel will be supplied for each guest ready for your arrival.

LOUNGE; the well-designed open plan lounge area provides style and comfort with free standing sofa, flat screen smart Tv, wi-fi access, patio doors that open out onto the large glass front veranda. FW17 can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA; The kitchen benefits from oven and grill, integrated fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and breakfast bar with two stools. The dining area includes free standing table, 4 upholstered chairs and dining bench.

BEDROOMS: The master en-suite bedroom is generously sized and includes a king-size bed, TV/DVD player, wardrobe and chest of drawers set, room for a travel cot, full en-suite bathroom with bath, toilet and wash basin.
The twin bedrooms continue the luxury feel of the 3-bedroom Lodge. Complete with single beds, TV/ DVD players in both rooms, fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets.

BATHROOM & TOILET; the master bedroom includes a full en-suite bathroom and family shower room with shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin.

HEATING; FW17 benefits from double-glazing and a gas combi boiler, central heating system with radiators in all rooms, meaning you can holiday all season in comfort.

VERANDA; Yes, a full-size veranda complete with patio furniture. Also, the lodge has a separate enclosed dog area with artificial grass.

ALLOCATED PARKING; The lodge has allocated parking for multiple spaces next to the lodge.

NON-SMOKING Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
