Key features: Dog-friendly, central heating, private parking, piped gas, kitchen with fridge-freezer, family shower room, en-suite wc to the master bedroom, comfortable lounge with flat screen TV. Maximum 6 Guests.

DOG FRIENDLY The owner of K14 will allow well trained dogs in this caravan. These can be added in the booking process.

LOUNGE Open plan design, free standing seating to cater for all the family, built in cabinets with flat screen TV, DVD and electric fire. The lounge includes an occasional pull-out bed. K14 can cater for a maximum of 6 guests.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA The kitchen is fully equipped which includes full size cooker, fridge freezer and microwave. For additional comfort, the dining area has a freestanding table and 4 chairs.

BEDROOMS This accommodation has two bedrooms; the master consists of a king size bed, fitted wardrobe with radiator and en-suite toilet. The twin room includes 2 single beds, small, fitted wardrobe and heating.
Duvets and pillows are supplied – linen can be added on at an extra charge at the point of booking.

BATHROOM & ENSUITE The bathroom has a shower, toilet, wash basin. K14’s master bedroom also has an ensuite toilet, with handbasin.

HEATING Central heating and electric fire in the lounge.

PATIO AREA Small paved patio area, with patio furniture supplied.

PARKING There is a private parking park.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke/vaping in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
