269 a beautiful 12’ wide Platinum 6 berth Abi Sunningdale, a non Smoking holiday home with double glazing, central heating, veranda, large fenced garden, French doors, modern styled kitchen with fridge freezer, 2 x toilets, drive way for 2 cars, located close to the cyber zone/children’s play area, making it perfect for the all the family.

DOG FRIENDLY; the owner is happy to allow well trained dogs in this caravan, please note that an additional charge applies for the dog and can be added in the booking process. If you require more information, please feel free to contact the office.

LOUNGE; The lounge benefits from comfortable fixed corner furniture (this incorporates an occasional pull out bed), French doors that lead out on to the decking, manufactures electric fire, fitted cabinets with 32” LCD TV with Free view.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA; Modern fully equipped kitchen fitted with full size gas hob & cooker, microwave and fridge / freezer. Free standing table and chairs with side patio doors.

BEDROOMS; Two bedrooms, one large double with room for a travel cot, fitted wardrobes and dressing table. One twin room with wardrobe ( beds can be pushed together to form a double).

BATHROOM & TOILET; This holiday home also benefits from a family shower room with double shower, toilet and wash basin. 269 benefits from a second separate toilet and wash basin.

HEATING ; 269 has fully double glazing and central heating.

VERANDA; Yes, 269 has its very own private parking, veranda and large garden.

NON SMOKING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
