LOUNGE This lovely holiday home benefits from an extremely modern and comfortable open plan lounge with TV, DVD and freeview. The lounge seating has an occasional pull out bed for those extra guests.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA The modern styled kitchen with marble effect work tops includes, full size integrated fridge and freezer, superb cooker, extractor fan and microwave. The dining area comes complete with free standing dining table & fixed seating.
BEDROOMS This accommodation has three beautifully designed bedrooms furnished to an excellent standard. The master bedroom has double bed with fitted wardrobe, The two twin bedrooms have small wardrobes and heating. A12 can accommodate a maximum of eight guests using the occasional pull out in the lounge.
BATHROOM & TOILET A12 has a family shower room with double sized cubicle , toilet and wash basin. It also features an additional toilet and wash basin.
HEATING Double-glazing and a gas combi boiler central heating system with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort.
