3 bedroom 36ft x 12 wide Abi Oakley.Features: Open plan design, double glazed, central heating, fenced garden, gated veranda, piped gas, fridge freezer, 2 toilets, family shower room.
LOUNGE The lounge is fitted with comfortable seating and has a colour TV, Free View, DVD and modern gas fire. Occasional pull-out bed is available for extra Guests.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA Open plan fitted kitchen furnished to the good standard with fridge freezer, microwave, hob and cooker. The dining area is comfortable with fixed seating and upholstered stools.
BEDROOMS This accommodation has three bedrooms, one double with fitted wardrobe and two twin rooms, also with small fitted wardrobes. The twin beds can also be pushed together to form an additional double if required. For extra guests there is also a pull out sofa bed in the lounge.
BATHROOM & TOILET 303 benefits from separate toilet and shower room. The shower room has a large shower fitted with glass door and wash basin.
HEATING 303 benefits from central heating in all rooms, heated towel rail in the bathroom and a gas fire in the lounge.
