PET FRIENDLY; The owner of 247 is happy to allow dogs in the unit. Please be advised that an additional charge applies and can be added in the booking process.
LOUNGE; This holiday home benefits from a comfortable lounge furnished with fixed corner seating, there is an occasional pull out bed, for extra guests, flat screen TV, Free view and DVD player, electric fire and patio doors that open on to the veranda.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA; Modern kitchen which includes a full size integrated fridge/freezer, oven with extractor fan and microwave and items required to cater for the family whilst on holiday. The dining area has fixed seating and stools.
BEDROOMS; 3 beautiful designed bedrooms furnished to a high standard, one double with fitted wardrobe, vanity area, bed side cabinets and over bed storage. The twin rooms (twin beds can be pushed together to form an additional double) has small fitted wardrobe and over bed storage. Radiators are fitted in all bedrooms. 247 can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests.
BATHROOM & TOILET; Main bathroom is fitted with a double shower, hand basin and toilet. There is also a 2nd separate toilet and hand basin from the main bedroom.
HEATING ; YES, double-glazed and a gas central heated system with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort
VERANDA; YES, front veranda can be accessed from the patio doors from the lounge.
NON SMOKING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
