LOUNGE Open plan lounge with fixed seating, TV with Free-view, DVD player and gas fireplace. An occasional pull bed is available for those extra guests. K11 can sleep a maximum of 6 guests.

KITCHEN Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, integrated fridge-freezer, gas oven and grill.

DINING AREA Free standing table, with 4 chairs.

BEDROOMS Double bedroom with wardrobe, vanity area, bedside cabinets and en-suite toilet and hand basin.
One twin room with 2 single beds and small wardrobe.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied at an additional cost.

BATHROOM Family shower room, with toilet and hand basin. K11 also has an en-suite toilet and hand basin in the master bedroom.
