Following the recent announcement from the government, we have had to make changes to the way we work in order to look after the health and wellbeing of our team. Following guidelines, our office administration team are now working from home. This may cause our response time to be slightly longer than normal and we know that if you're trying to get hold of us it can be frustrating. We hope this page can offer some reassurance for you.
What We're Doing to Help You
Our team have been working hard to reschedule affected holidays and wish to thank everyone for their support and patience during these difficult times.
To enable us to streamline the rescheduling process we are channeling ALL enquires and communications through email until further notice.
All Parks have taken the decision to close temporarily up to and including the 16th of April to ensure the health and safety of all guests and employees.
We understand how disappointing and worrying this must be, but please be assured that you will not lose that all important family holiday through this uncertain time.
We want to give you total flexibility. Understanding that it may be difficult to confirm future dates at this time, a credit of the total amount paid will be available to use on any future holiday booked with Newmans Holiday Homes up until the end of the 2021 holiday season.

We appreciate you may have questions and concerns but before trying to contact us please follow this advice. If you have an arrival date:
On or before 16th April
If you have not already rescheduled your holiday, please follow the Flexible Rescheduling advice above.
17th April to 22nd May
Please avoid contacting us if possible. The parks are currently due to open on April 17th. If this should change, you will be made aware and you will be able to follow Flexible Rescheduling advice above.
23rd May until the end of the 2020 season
We are currently looking forward to accepting your holiday as planned. If this changes, we will be in touch with you nearer the time.
Full Balance Or Easy Payments Due:
If you have a payment either due or overdue, we will not collect it, and are freezing this proces until further notice. Your holiday will stay in place.
If your final balance is due, we will be in contact with you to confirm how you would like to proceed.
We know this this is a very difficult time for everyone. We are doing all we can to adapt to these rapidly changing and challenging times and we are very grateful for your patience and understanding.
