In line with current government guidelines and restrictions, parks are separately announcing their closure plans, and when they hope to re-open. Please click the relevant tab below to see how a particular park closure affects your up-coming booking.
Haven Devon Cliffs
Devon Cliffs is closed up to and including Saturday 4th July 2020.
Brean Sands Holiday Resort Unity
Brean Sands Holiday Resort Unity is closed up to and including Friday 3rd July 2020.
Ladram Bay
Ladram Bay is closed up to and including Sunday 5th July 2020.
Dawlish Sands
Dawlish Sands is closed up to and including Friday 3rd July 2020.
Golden Sands
Golden Sands is closed up to and including Friday 3rd July 2020.
What We're Doing to Help You
We understand how disappointing and worrying this must be, but please be assured that you will not lose that all important family holiday through this uncertain time.
Therefore, we will be offering the following options for affected bookings.
- To reschedule your holiday to a later date or to the same dates in 2021.
- To accept a credit of the total amount paid, to use at a time convenient up to the end of 2021.
Our team have been working hard to reschedule affected holidays and wish to thank everyone for their support and patience during these difficult times.
To enable us to streamline the rescheduling process we are channelling ALL enquiries and communications through email until further notice.

We do ask for your patience in expected responses, as our team count has been reduced due to furlough leave, self-isolation and home working environments.
Flexible Rescheduling
For bookings affected by the closure dates we want to give you total flexibility. If you are able to choose new dates at this time, please click the button below to request arranging your new holiday dates.
Reschedule My Booking
Understanding that it may be difficult to confirm future dates at this time, a credit of the total amount paid will be available to use on any future holiday booked with Newmans Holiday Homes up until the end of the 2021 holiday season
Full Balance Or Easy Payments Due
If you currently have an Easy Payment Plan with us, these payments will commence again with from 1st July 2020.
- For arrivals in the period 6th - 10th July final balances will be taken on the 22nd June 2020
- For arrivals in the period 11th - 31st July final balances will be taken from the 29th June 2020
- For arrivals in the period 1st - 14th August final balances will be taken from the 6th July 2020
- For arrivals in the period 15th - 7th Sept final balances will be taken from the 13th July 2020
For all other arrivals final balances will be taken 8 weeks prior to your holiday arrival date as per our terms and conditions.

We know this this is a very difficult time for everyone. We are doing all we can to adapt to these rapidly changing and challenging times and we are very grateful for your patience and understanding.
