LOUNGE; The comfortable lounge incorporates a fixed corner sofa, complete with occasional sofa bed. A29 elegantly combines a traditional feel with modern style and contemporary colours providing a welcoming, bright and relaxing atmosphere. This holiday home benefits from flat screen TV, DVD, Free view and gas fireplace.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA; Well-appointed kitchen furnished to a high standard with appliances Inc. fridge and small freezer, microwave, hob, cooker. The dining area is spacious and benefits from free standing table and four chairs.
BEDROOMS: This accommodation has three bedrooms, one double with fitted wardrobe, vanity area and overhead storage. The two twin rooms are fitted with small fitted wardrobes and overhead storage. The twin beds can be pushed together to form additional doubles if required. A29 can accommodate up to 8 guests as there is an occasional pull out bed located in the lounge.
BATHROOM & TOILET: A29 benefits from a fully fitted shower room fitted with full size shower with glass door, toilet and wash basin. A29 benefits from a separate toilet to the main bathroom.
HEATING ; Double-glazed and full central heating with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort.
PRIVATE DRIVE A29 has its own driveway.
GARDEN A29 has the advantage of a fenced and gated garden.
NON SMOKING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
