221 is a Willerby Rio, modern and spacious Premier 6 berth holiday home. Benefiting from, additional heating, large shower, fenced garden, flat screen TV & DVD, large master bedroom with en-suite and ample room for two travel cots.VERANDA; Please be advised that the unit has had a veranda fitted. Photos will be updated in due course.
DOG FRIENDLY; the owner is happy to allow well trained dogs in this caravan, please note that an additional charge applies for the dog and can be added in the booking process. If you require more information, please feel free to contact the office.
LOUNGE; the modern and spacious lounge is fitted with comfortable seating (includes double pull out bed) and has a Flat screen TV, DVD, and Free view player.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA; This lovely holiday home offers comfort with a spaciously designed interior, the modern kitchen is fully equipped which includes full size cooker, fridge (with small freezer box) and microwave. The dining area is comfortable with fixed seating plus 2 chairs.
BEDROOMS; This accommodation has two bedrooms, one very large double with ample room for two travel cots, 2 fitted wardrobes and en-suite toilet.
In the twin bedroom the beds can be pushed together to form an addition double and has small wardrobe. One single bed can also be folded away to make room for a travel cot. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge.
BATHROOM & TOILET; the bathroom has a double shower, toilet, wash basin and heated towel rail. 221 benefits from a separate toilet and wash basin in the master bedroom.
HEATING; YES, gas fire and electric panel heating throughout the caravan.
GARDEN; Yes, fenced grassed area with patio and patio furniture.
VERANDA; YES, gated side veranda.
NON-SMOKING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
