DOG FRIENDLY The owner of 34 will allow well trained dogs in this caravan. These can be added in the booking process.
LOUNGE This lovely holiday home offers comfort with an open plan design, fixed corner sitting to cater for all the family, built in cabinets with flat screen TV, DVD and electric fire. The lounge includes an occasional pull-out bed for extra Guests. Maximum of 8 guests.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA This lovely holiday home offers comfort with a spaciously designed interior, the modern kitchen is fully equipped which includes full size cooker, fridge freezer and microwave. The dining area is comfortable with fixed seating plus stools.
BEDROOMS This accommodation has three bedrooms; the master consists of one double and fitted wardrobe with radiator. Two twin bedrooms with small fitted wardrobes and heating, the twin beds can be pushed together to form doubles. One of the twin bedrooms benefits from a wall mounted TV. 34 can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests.
Duvets and pillows are supplied – linen can be added on at an extra charge at the time of booking.
BATHROOM & TOILET The bathroom has a shower, toilet, wash basin. 34 also includes a second toilet and wash basin.
HEATING Full central heating system is fitted in all the bedrooms and heated towel rail in bathroom.
GARDEN Fenced grassed area.
NON-SMOKING/VAPING Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
