LOUNGE Open plan with fixed corner seating, flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player and electric fireplace. A sofa bed is available. E15 can sleep a maximum of 6 guests.
KITCHEN Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, fridge, gas oven and grill.
DINING AREA Free standing table, fixed corner seating and 2 stools.
BEDROOMS Spacious double, fitted wardrobe, vanity area.
Two twin rooms with 2 single beds and single fitted wardrobes.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied at an additional cost.
SHOWER ROOM Shower cubicle, toilet, hand basin and radiator plus a separate toilet and hand basin.
HEATING Fully double glazed with central heating in all rooms.
GARDEN Enclosed fenced grassed area.
WIFI Wi-Fi are supplied at no additional cost and maintained by a third party, therefore Newmans cannot guarantee its access, speeds and usage.
