DOG FRIENDLY; The owner is happy to allow well behaved dogs in the caravan. The dog can be added in the booking process for a small additional charge.
LOUNGE; spacious lounge with comfortable fixed seating, occasional pull-out bed for extra guests, flat screen TV, DVD and Free view player.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA; kitchen is fully equipped which includes full size cooker, fridge (with small freezer box) and microwave. The dining area is comfortable with fixed seating plus stools.
BEDROOMS; two bedrooms, one large double with ample room for two travel cots, electric radiator, fitted wardrobes and en-suite toilet with hand basin.
In the twin bedroom the beds can be pushed together to form an additional double and has small wardrobe.
BATHROOM & TOILET; the family shower room has a double shower, toilet, wash basin and radiator. Separate toilet and wash basin in the master bedroom.
HEATING; Gas heating in the lounge and electric panels in the bedrooms.
GARDEN AREA; side grassed area.
NON SMOKING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
