2-bedroom 6 berth 40 x 12ft Pemberton Regent.Key features: Veranda, patio doors, dog friendly, allocated parking, TV in master bedrooms, double glazing, central heating, parking, fridge/freezer, en-suite toilet & separate family shower room, maximum 6 guests.
DOG FRIENDLY The owner of K8 is happy to allow well trained dogs in to the caravan. Please be advised that an additional charge applies for the pet.
LOUNGE Open plan with sofa and armchair, coffee table and patio doors opening onto the veranda. Sofa has an occasional pull-out bed for extra guests, TV with Free-view and DVD player and gas fireplace.
KITCHEN Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, integrated fridge-freezer, gas oven and grill. Dishwasher and washing machine.
DINING AREA Free standing table with 4 free standing chairs.
BEDROOMS Double bedroom with double bed, Tv, wardrobe, en-suite toilet and wash basin, bedside cabinets.
One twin room with 2 single beds and small wardrobe.
K8 can sleep a maximum of 6 guests.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied at an additional cost.
SHOWER ROOM Shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin. K5 also has a separate toilet and hand basin as an en-suite in the master bedroom.
HEATING Double glazing and central heating throughout and a gas fire in the lounge.
VERANDA Front and side facing veranda.
PARKING Allocated parking.
NON-SMOKING/VAPING Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
