LOUNGE The comfortable lounge incorporates fixed seating, flat screen 40” smart TV, Freeview and patio doors leading on to the veranda. Benefits from an occasional pull-out bed to allow for those extra guests.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA The well-appointed kitchen with appliances to include full size integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, hob and cooker. The dining area benefits from free standing table and 4 chairs.
BEDROOMS V35 has three bedrooms; one double with fitted wardrobe, bedside cabinets, and en-suite toilet with basin. The two twin bedrooms include small, fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. The single beds can be pushed together to form additional doubles if required.
Duvets and pillows are supplied as standard. Linen & towels can be added on for an extra cost at the time of booking.
BATHROOM & TOILET Benefits from a fully fitted shower room fitted with full size shower with glass door, toilet, and wash basin. The accommodation also includes an en-suite toilet.
