DOG FRIENDLY The owner of FW23 will allow well trained dogs in this caravan. These can be added in the booking process.
FREE COMPLETE LINEN SERVICE When you book this Lodge for 7 nights or more ALL necessary beds will be made, and a bath and hand towel will be supplied for each guest ready for your arrival.
LOUNGE The well-designed open plan lounge area provides style and comfort with two free standing sofas, flat screen smart Tv, wi-fi access, two sets of patio doors that open out onto the large glass front veranda. There is also an occasional pull-out sofa bed. Maximum of 6 guests.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA The kitchen benefits from separate hob, oven and grill, integrated fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and breakfast bar with two stools. The dining area includes free standing table, 4 upholstered chairs.
BEDROOMS The master en-suite bedroom is generously sized and includes a king-size bed, TV, wardrobe and chest of drawers set, room for a travel cot, full en-suite shower room, toilet and wash basin. The twin bedroom continues the luxury feel of the 2-bedroom Lodge. Complete with 2 single beds, fitted wardrobe and bedside cabinets.

BATHROOM & TOILET The master bedroom includes a full en-suite shower room and family bathroom with over bath shower, toilet and wash basin.
HEATING FW23 benefits from double-glazing and a gas combi boiler, central heating system with radiators in all rooms, meaning you can holiday all season in comfort.

ALLOCATED PARKING The lodge has allocated parking.
NON-SMOKING/VAPING Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
