DOG FRIENDLY The owner of 727 will allow well trained dogs in this caravan. These can be added in the booking process.

LOUNGE Open plan with fixed corner seating, French doors that open on to the veranda, fitted cabinets with TV & Freeview. Occasional pull-out bed is available for extra Guests.

KITCHEN Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, integrated fridge freezer, gas oven and grill.

DINING AREA Free standing table and four chairs.

BEDROOMS Double bedroom with double bed with fitted wardrobe, en-suite toilet and sink and vanity area.
One twin room with 2 single beds, small single fitted wardrobe.
727 can sleep a maximum of 6 guests.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied at an additional cost.

SHOWER ROOM Shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin. The master bedroom also includes an en-suite toilet and hand basin.

VERANDA A front veranda with patio furniture and access from the lounge French doors. The garden area is enclosed with a wooden fence.

PARKING Allocated parking.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit allows pets.
