3-bedroom 39ft x 12 wide 7 berth ABI Oakley.Main features: Veranda, central heating, double glazing, en-suite toilet to main bedroom, fridge-freezer, family shower room, piped gas, Wi-Fi access and driveway.
LOUNGE Lounge furnished with comfortable fixed seating, fixed cabinet with Tv and, electric fire. An occasional pull bed is fitted for those extra guests.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA Integrated fridge-freezer, cooker, extractor fan and microwave. The dining area consists of free standing table & 4 chairs.
BEDROOMS This accommodation has three bedrooms.
The master bedroom at one end with en-suite toilet and hand basin.
The two twin bedrooms, 1x twin room only has one single bed, they have small wardrobes and access to the main bathroom with double shower, toilet and hand basin.
There is also an occasional pull-out bed for the extra guests.
BATHROOM & TOILET The Master bedroom benefits from an en-suite toilet and wash basin. There is also a main family shower room with toilet and wash basin.
HEATING Central heating, double-glazing and electric fire in the lounge.
VERANDA Gated side veranda with patio furniture supplied.
PARKING Allocated parking to the rear of the accommodation.
NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pets.
