2 bedroom 35ft x 12 6 berth Willerby Rio.Key features: Gated veranda, double glazing, central heating, allocated parking, master bedroom with en-suite toilet, accommodates a maximum of 6 guests.
LOUNGE The modern and spacious lounge is fitted with comfortable corner seating (includes an occasional pull-out bed to accommodate those extra guests) and has a flat screen TV with Free view, electric fire.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA The kitchen is fully equipped which includes full size cooker, under counter fridge (with small freezer box) and microwave. The dining area is comfortable with fixed seating plus 2 chairs and 2 stools.
BEDROOMS Spacious double bedroom with 27" smart TV and over bed storage, fitted wardrobe and en-suite toilet and wash basin.
The twin room includes 2 single beds and fitted wardrobe. There is also an occasional pull out bed in the lounge to cater for those extra guests.
Quilts and pillows are supplied; linen can be supplied at an additional cost.
BATHROOM & TOILET The family shower room has a shower cubicle, toilet, wash basin and radiator. V24 benefits from a separate toilet and wash basin in the master bedroom.
HEATING Fully double glazed with central heating in all rooms along with an electric fire in the lounge.
VERANDA Gated side veranda with patio furniture.
NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pets.
WIFI Wi-Fi is available at no additional cost and maintained by a third party, therefore Newmans cannot guarantee its access, speeds and usage.
