DOG FRIENDLY The owner of C17 will allow well trained dogs in this caravan. These can be added in the booking process.
LOUNGE This holiday home offers a spaciously open plan design, fixed corner sitting to cater for all the family, built in cabinets with flat screen TV, DVD and gas fire. Occasional pull-out bed for extra guests.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA The modern kitchen is fully equipped which includes full size cooker, fridge freezer and microwave. The dining area is comfortable with free standing table, fixed corner seating and stools.
BEDROOMS This accommodation has three bedrooms; the master consists of one double and fitted wardrobe with radiator. Two twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and heating. C17 can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied at an additional cost.
BATHROOM & TOILET The bathroom has a double shower, toilet, wash basin and heated towel rail. C17 also has a second separate toilet.
HEATING Full central heating system is fitted in all the bedrooms and heated towel rail in bathroom.
VERANDA/GARDEN Side veranda with patio furniture, there is also a fenced garden/patio area.
PARKING Allocated parking.
NON-SMOKING/VAPING Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
