LOUNGE Open plan with large seating. French doors to the decking, flat screen TV with Freeview. Coffee table, and electric fireplace. Occasional pull-out sofa bed is available for those extra guests.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, full size integrated fridge freezer, gas oven and grill. The dining area includes a free standing table and 4 chairs.
BEDROOMS The master bedroom is spacious with double bed, overhead storage, vanity area and fitted wardrobe. The twin rooms include 2 single bed, overhead storage and small wardrobes. 661 can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests.
Quilts & pillows are supplied. Linen can be hired at additional cost.
BATHROOM & TOILET Shower cubicle, toilet, hand basin and radiator. There is also an en-suite toilet with wash basin in the master bedroom.
HEATING Full central heating throughout along with a gas fire in the lounge.
VERANDA/GARDEN Veranda with patio furniture supplied. There is also an enclosed garden/patio area.
PARKING Allocated parking.
NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit does not allow pets.
