KITCHEN & DINING AREA Kitchen is fully equipped which includes full size cooker, fridge (with small freezer box) and microwave. The dining area is comfortable with fixed seating plus stools.

BEDROOMS Two bedrooms, one large double with ample room for two travel cots, radiators, fitted wardrobes and en-suite toilet with hand basin.
In the twin bedroom the beds can be pushed together to form an additional double and also has small wardrobe.

BATHROOM & TOILET The family shower room has a double shower, toilet, wash basin and radiator. Separate toilet and wash basin in the master bedroom.

HEATING Full gas central heating in all rooms with double glazing.

GARDEN AREA Fenced grassed area.

PARKING Private parking space.
